Acceptable use policy

Almost everyone uses Qoyla exactly as intended. This page is for the rare exceptions. It is a short, plain list of the things you agree not to do, so the service stays safe and fair for everyone.

Effective 1 May 2026 Version 2.0 In effect

01Who this covers

This policy applies to everyone who uses Qoyla, individuals, institutions, merchants and partners. It forms part of our Terms of service.

The principle behind all of it is simple: use Qoyla honestly, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm other people or the service itself.

02What you must not do

You agree not to use Qoyla to:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
  • Access accounts or data that are not yours, or pretend to be someone you are not.
  • Provide false information during sign-up, verification or any action you approve.
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, defraud or harm another person.
  • Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit Qoyla without our written agreement.

03Security & integrity

To keep Qoyla safe for everyone, you also agree not to:

  • Probe, scan or test the security of our systems except through our vulnerability disclosure programme.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or access controls.
  • Introduce malware, or interfere with the service's normal operation for other users.
  • Scrape, harvest or automate access in ways that strain or abuse the platform.
  • Reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly permits it.

Genuine security research is welcome, not punished. If you find a flaw, report it through our programme and act in good faith, and we will work with you, not against you.

04Fair use of the advisor

Ask Qoyla is here to help with your real financial life. Please do not try to use it to generate unlawful content, to manipulate the model into producing harmful instructions, or to overwhelm it with automated requests. Reasonable, human use is exactly what it is built for.

05How we enforce it

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may limit, suspend or close access, and where necessary report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where we can, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to put things right, especially for honest mistakes. Serious or repeated abuse, or anything that puts others at risk, may mean immediate action.

06Report a problem

Seen something that breaks these rules, or someone misusing Qoyla? Tell us, we take every report seriously and we protect the people who raise them.
